Taboo Topix - Live Theatre Performance is an engaging and educational training on workplace harassment and discrimination. Laurie Huspen, president of Valuable Resources, Co. will be joined by several actors as they dive into the taboo topics that fall under Title VII. Some of the topics include: unwelcome advances, requests for favors, and other verbal or physical or visual conduct of a harassing nature, regarding an individual’s age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, and/or disability.
Harassment and discrimination prevention is critical to a company’s success (regardless of the company's size). This performance will engage all levels of employees and business owners to understand and get to the root of the problem.
