BSW Program Application

Below you will find the application for the School of Social Work as well as a place to submit your personal statement. The following steps are required for students to apply to the BSW program:
1. Fully complete and submit the application form below, including narrative responses.
2. Submit a background check through Castle Branch by clicking
here
. There is a $50 fee for the background check. Please note: Your application for the School of Social Work program will not be reviewed until you have submitted your background check.
Please be thoughtful with your responses on your application and personal statement since our admission process is designed to enable us to appropriately counsel you regarding your entrance into the BSW program. Once your BSW application materials have been received, you may,
receive an email informing you of the admission decision; or
be contacted by the Social Work Department requesting more information. In certain circumstances, you may be contacted to arrange a personal interview with a social work faculty member.
