About the session:  Effective leaders can successfully operate in environments where acting in the interest of the organization aligns with doing the right thing ethically.  Examine ethical principles and problems that arise in an ever-changing environment.  Explore concepts such as social responsibility, modern forms of performance tools, and the tangible ways you can build a "healthy logic".  Ethical dilemmas are a part of all aspects of business - how do you set the tone for your organization?
