    About the Presentation:
     
    Learn about current legal trends, recent federal and state legislation, and upcoming legal requirements that will affect Illinois employers. The presentation will focus on immigration, labor, and employment legal issues.
     
    This will be the last HRI event for 2016, and we purposely chose Lechtenberg because of her informative and always-engaging presentations. This is a "can't miss" HRI event!
     
    About the Speaker:

    For more than 20 years, Penny has focused her law practice on employment defense and business immigration. In that practice, she provides employers with practical and effective counsel on all day-to-day employment issues, including compliance with major federal laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ADEA), employee discipline and discharge, discrimination charges, wage and hour issues, union relations, OSHA and OFCCP compliance, and immigration rules. Penny also regularly prepares employment agreements, separation agreements, and all other forms of business contracts.
